When I was struck by another motorist, I was left with serious whiplash and a damaged truck. She admitted fault and her insurance company promised to pay my medical bills. However, to add insult to injury, they were not paying the bills, and I found out (when trying to refinance my mortgage) that the bills were going to collections, ruining my good credit score. Once I contacted Dan, he fought that battle so that all I needed to worry about was getting treatment and returning to normalcy. Dan and his staff are incredibly professional, patient, understanding, and will absolutely make certain that you are not going to be pushed around by insurance companies. My only regret is that I didn’t contact him the day I was hit. It would have saved an enormous amount of aggravation and stress.
