I will never forget our first interchange of information on the phone. I fully expected to be ignored and to hear an "I don't have time for you" response, just as I had with previous attorneys. Hi my name is Clint R., I was injured in a two vehicle car accident in August 23, 2004 I was life flighted to a Lincoln Hospital were I went through many surgeries. I'd been represented previously by other attorneys that did not aggressively pursue a fair settlement with the insurance companies following a motor vehicle accident. They were too willing to put for the least amount of effort in order to collect their fees as quickly as possible, trying to get them to challenge the settlements offered by the insurance companies was impossible. I retained the services of Friedman Law Offices and the situation improved dramatically. Dan Friedman was the first lawyer that listened to me and understood not only my injuries and medical bills, but also the lifelong changes I incurred due to those injuries. Two years ago I was involved in a MVA (Motor Vehicle Accident) where I was hit head on and rear ended simultaneously. I spent one and a half months in the hospital where I was in traction and had to endure there operations, a new hip, and having to learn to walk all over again.
