Firm Overview
Serious Injury and Fatal Accident Litigation in Nebraska
Friedman Law Offices is a Nebraska injury law firm comprised of five experienced and competent lawyers. The main office is located at 3800 Normal Blvd. in Lincoln, but we practice throughout the state of Nebraska. Herbert J. Friedman founded the firm in 1962 upon his return from service as a Legal Officer with the U.S. Army. From that time the firm has grown to become one of the largest and most successful law firms in Nebraska earning an AV* rating from Martindale-Hubbell's peer review rating process. Friedman Law Offices has been successfully representing injured Nebraskans for more than 40 years. Our firm is large enough to get the job done but yet small enough to know our clients individually to better understand their unique needs and cases.
At Friedman Law Offices we represent people who suffered injuries physically, mentally, or financially as a result of the negligence or intentional misconduct of another person or entity. We are dedicated to seek justice for injury victims and disabled workers. Injury victims can often become targets for insurance companies, who try to get the victims to settle their claims for low amounts and before the full value of their case is known. Because it is the insurance companies best interests to settle for little and early, injury victims need someone on their side, like the attorneys at Friedman Law Offices.
We carefully consider each case that take. The attorneys at Friedman Law Offices have represented thousands of injury victims throughout Nebraska. We are tough, dedicated lawyers who fight hard for our clients. The firm currently consists of five attorneys: Herbert J. Friedman, Robert R. Moodie, Jeffrey B. Lapin, Gregory R. Coffey, and Daniel H. Friedman. We also employ a highly dedicated and experienced staff of professional paralegals, secretaries, law clerks and investigators.
There is no charge for initial first visit or telephone call. We will answer all of your questions without any obligation. No fees are charged unless we obtain a recovery for you. We handle most cases on a contingency fee basis, based on a percentage on the amount of money received.
